Free Applications for Non-Colorado Residents
September 1 - 30
UCCS is waiving application fees for all of September for students who reside outside of Colorado!
Applying with the Common Application:
To receive the waived application fee:
- Go to www.uccs.edu/apply.
- Select “The Common App”.
- Select "Apply for First-Year" if you have no prior college experience. Select "Transfer" if you have prior college experience.
- Within the application, locate the Member Questions section, and you’ll see this required prompt: Do you intend to use one of these school-specific fee waivers?
- Select UCCS Admissions Counselor Approval in the dropdown.
- Submit your application.
UCCS-Specific Application:
To receive the waived application fee:
- Go to www.uccs.edu/apply.
- Select "First-Year Application" if you have no prior college experience. Select "Transfer" if you have prior college experience.
- Within the application, when prompted to select a payment method, select the option to Pay by Mail.
- Submit your application.
